Description
Long Jing (Dragon Well) is a green tea from Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, China. It is made by hand. For the production of Long Jing, only the tops of shoots with two upper leaves are used. When brewed, it gives an infusion of yellow-green color with a bright floral-meadow aroma. The taste is soft, pleasant. Scientists have established that Longjing has remarkable rejuvenating and healing properties and the ability to rid the body of toxins and heavy metals. To cleanse the body, it is recommended to sweat with the help of Longjing. This drink is able to drive away fatigue and boredom, quench thirst, renew bones and just make the body very light. Fill the tea leaves with hot water and immediately drain it. Now pour the right amount of water into the kettle - an incomplete glass of water per teaspoon of tea leaves. Close the lid and let it brew. The brewing time is up to 3 minutes. It is not recommended to leave green tea longer, as it can become bitter and it cannot be brewed a second time.
