Description
According to the peculiarities of fermentation, all Pu–erh are divided into two main varieties - Shen and Shu. Lighter Shen Puers age according to traditional technology – naturally and for many years. The method of accelerated aging of Shu Puers was invented relatively recently. Palace Pu-Erh Shu owes its rich taste, tart aroma and color to soaking in giant piles, which create a favorable environment for debate. After fermentation, the dried tea ages for about 5 more years, thanks to which its taste acquires original chocolate-nutty notes and a floral aftertaste.
