After all, it is this technology that allows you to preserve all vitamins, amino acids and trace elements. For cooking, we take only fresh poultry meat from our farm and a set of spices with the aroma of smoked meats. In addition, we use nitrite salt, which prevents the risk of botulism toxins, so eating our ham is absolutely safe for health.
