Description
Hemp cake is a record holder in the content of nutrients useful for the body. The raw materials for its production are fresh seeds collected during the period of greatest ripeness. They are not dried, but thoroughly cleaned of impurities and placed under a press. Fruits are repeatedly compacted, crushed, squeezed out excess oil. The output is a product saturated with bioactive substances:
proteins globulin, albumin and others;
with fatty oils;
polyunsaturated fatty acids;
amino acids, including essential;
resinous and tannic substances;
bitterness;
polysaccharides;
fiber;
complex carbohydrates;
phytoncides;
bioflavonoids;
fat—soluble vitamins - retinol, tocopherol;
water-soluble B vitamins, ascorbic acid;
micro- and macroelements — magnesium, iron, potassium, calcium, manganese, copper, sodium, sulfur, zinc, chlorine, phosphorus.
