Description
Lard, or as it is also called in a simple way, lard is a layer of subcutaneous fat of a pig. The fat can be different in its structure, it can be both loose and very dense. Depending on the density, it is used for different purposes, but always completely, without any waste and exceptions. Bacon is eaten both in its pure form, as an independent dish, and as an additive to other delicacies, sausages.
