Description
Honey is collected from ecologically clean meadows of the Vologda region located in the Gryazovets and Tarnog regions.
The main honey plants are meadow and forest grasses:
Fireweed (Ivan-tea), raspberry, sweet clover, phacelia, cornflower, valerian, meadow geranium, clover, thyme, mint, strawberry, heather, sow thistle, dandelion, bruise, goat's rue, Echinaceae, bird cherry.
Polyfloral (many honey plants) flower honey is collected in apiaries. Correct usage:
In the evening at night 1.5 - 2 hours before meals, dissolving or 3 hours after meals.
Do not drink hot tea, but warm tea, because above 50 degrees all beneficial properties are lost.
An excellent combination and development of taste is achieved by drinking Vologda honey with warm Ivan Tea, which is also filled with the warmth and smell of Vologda herbs.
