We produce chocolate from high quality cocoa and Jerusalem artichoke syrup, which is made from fresh tubers and is a natural sweetener due to the high content of inulin and fructooligosaccharides in this root!
The syrup is applicable in the manufacture of:

- confectionery industry (sweets, chocolate, caramel, lollipops, sweet pastes, marmalade, halvah, marshmallows, icing, cakes, etc.)
- canned products (jam, jams, fruits in syrup, sauces)
- dairy products (yogurt, curd cheese, ice cream, condensed milk)
- flour products (gingerbread, croissants, cookies)
