The artichoke is a popular spinning-ski vegetable plant in many countries of Western Europe, especially in France, Italy, and Greece. Flying is consumed by fleshy more colorful than unsuccessful inflorescences (baskets) and thickened bases of the scales of the lower rows of the wrapper. A salad is prepared from raw and canned artichokes, in boiled form it is eaten with sauces. The lower part of the pulp of the artichoke is a valuable dietary product. Due to the presence of cinarine, the plant is useful for older people and patients with atherosclerosis (when eating, an improvement in well -being and a decrease in cholesterol is noted).
