For the production of jalapeno, we use fruits grown in the Krasnodar Territory. They are brought to us directly from the fields. The season lasts a little more than a month. One of the most important steps is to cut the pepper while it is dense, then the same crunch will remain. In addition, the thickness of the slice matters. Experimentally, we have established the optimal value — 4 mm. That is, all the pepper is cut into slices, each of which has a thickness of 4 mm. Thanks to this, our jalapeno is convenient to use when cooking pizza and other dishes.
