The flavor bouquet is distinguished by a moderately pronounced cheesy, slightly spicy taste.
On the cut, a slice of cheese has a pattern consisting of round and oval eyes, possibly the complete absence of an eye. The color of the cheese is light yellow, uniform throughout the mass.
The head of Gorny cheese has the shape of a small bar, the crust of which is coated with a special polymer composition and a paraffin alloy. The minimum order is 18 kg.
