Description
”Ruttenger" is our exclusive and patented semi-hard cheese. It is made from cow's milk using starter culture and rennet. Outwardly, it is a low cylinder.
The maturation period is at least 120 days.
On the section, the head has a pattern with the presence of eyes of the correct round and oval shape. The color of the dough is light yellow, uniform throughout the mass.
The taste of cheese is pronounced cheesy, sweetish, with slightly spicy notes.
The cheese head is coated with a special polymer composition and paraffin alloy, which ensures unconditional preservation of the quality and consumer properties of the product. The minimum order is 12 kg.
