Description
Dry mix for making soft ice cream. Method of preparation: Step 1. Mix 200 ml of 10% cream at room temperature and the contents of the package in a container of the appropriate volume. Step 2. Thoroughly mix the resulting mixture with a mixer for 1 minute at low speed, and then another 3 minutes at maximum speed. Step 3. Arrange the ice cream in bowls or cups and place in the freezer for 2 hours. To get hardened ice cream, it must be kept in the freezer for at least 8 hours.
